Our client is based in Winchester and is seeking a permanent Training and HR Advisor, reporting to the Head of HR. Our client is the leading provider in it's field and are spread across the United Kingdom.
You will be able to work well under pressure, set objectives and keep up to date with current training and development and key employment law changes. You will be able to identify training needs, deal with employee relations, projects and work closely with senior management.
You will have relevant commercial experience in a HR Generalist role with experience at interviewing management level. You will be CIPD qualified and degree educated.
