HR & Training Co-ordinator – Norwich – 6 month FTC - £16K

My client is a large facilities management and service provider who are onsite at Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital.

They now require an experienced HR or Training co-ordinator to join their busy contract and support them for an initial period of 6 months.

The role will entail identifying, resourcing and co-ordinating mandatory training for all staff along with sourcing ILM leadership training, presenting to managers and designing training programmes. This could involve negotiating with training providers to ensure a competitive service.

You will also help to set up a training database and maintain accurate records as well as collating training data, producing reports and statistical information. You will also be involved with designing and implementing a training evaluation procedure and will be responsible for the training room bookings.

You will also need to support the Patient Plus Training programme as required and review the Induction programme. You will also produce materials for a new starter pack along with helping to design and implement Probation Period training programme

You will need to have excellent organisation skills along with the ability to prioritise, work on your own initiative and communicate well. Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills would be a distinct advantage.
