An experienced HR & Training Coordinator is required for a 6 month contract in Norwich, for our Service Sector client, paying £16,000.
The successful candidate will ensure the quality provision of training programmes to meet both mandatory requirements and personal development of staff.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
*To identify, resource and co-ordinate mandatory training for all staff
*To source ILM leadership training, present to managers and design training programme
*To set up training database and maintain accurate records
*To collate training data, produce reports and statistical information
*To design and implement a training evaluation procedure
*To be responsible for the training room bookings
*To support Patient Plus Training programme as required
*To review Induction programme and produce materials for new starter pack
*Negotiate with training providers to ensure competitive service
*To design and implement Probation Period training programme
*To assist in all other areas of training as required
Knowledge & Skills
*Able to work on own initiative
*Able to organise, prioritise and meet deadlines
*Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
*Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint
*Excellent interpersonal skills
It is essential that you have experience of working in a HR or Training environment. CPP or CTP qualifications would be desirable.
