Despite the economic situation, some investment banks are still growing. My client is the investment arm of a highly successful global banking organisation based in the city. They are looking for a highly skilled analytics specialist to look after both the operational and strategic side of data and process modelling. A significant part of this position involves close working alongside the Compensation team with respect to data preparation for RemCo and ExCo. HR process planning and organisation as well as significant involvement with system development from both a strategic and operational perspective makes up another major part of the responsibilities of this position. The role is flexible as it is available to either a Director looking for a new challenge or an Associate Director searching a step up from their current position - this is clearly represented in the spread on the base salary of the position.
