My client is a leading not for profit organisation that is looking for an experienced HR generalist to join their expanding HR team to provide an internal HR consultancy service whilst developing and providing solutions in partnership with managers and staff.
Role Summary
Working within their prestigious offices in the city centre you will be accountable for building and developing relationships with managers to develop solutions within services. This is a very generalist role and you will provide advice to line managers on a full range of HR issues, including discipline and grievance, absence management, terms and conditions, TUPE and performance management. On top of this you will provide relevant management information and deliver training, learning and development interventions where necessary.

You will be able to work within a team and be able to manage conflicts, influence and negotiate with line managers, create and develop partnerships and at all times be able to deliver a high customer focussed service.
