A permanent vacancy has arisen at my Warwickshire based client for an HR Administrator on a full time basis.
Working along side the HR Manager you will be involved with all HR Administration and be the first point of contact for Line Managers.
Typical Duties Include;
+ Processing all starters & leavers
+ Recruitment; Advertising, Managing Applications, Arranging Interviews
+ Maintaining Company HR Database & Records
+ Providing guidance to employees on HR related issues
To be considered for the role applicants MUST have experience of working as an HR Administrator / Assistant in a Manufacturing or Distribution environment.
