Our client a leading Market Research organisation has an opportunity for a Human Resources Advisor, an integral part of the team you will be solely responsible for providing management information to the business. Your role will also involve producing standard and ad-hoc HR reports and ensuring that outputs are accurate, timely and meet the needs of the business.
As the successful HR advisor you will be acting as the first point of contact for staff on policies and procedures, employee relations and flexible benefits queries. You will be also responsible for supporting the Compensation & Benefits Manager, maintaining the flexible benefits system and taking ownership of the company salary reviews and benefits processes.
Computer literate, you will have strong experience in running reports from an HR information system, as well as experience in data analysis and data extraction. With a "can do" attitude, organised and proactive, you will also have experience of supporting compensation & benefits. With strong attention to detail and experience of working with employee relations issues and HR information, with a solid understanding of information management.
This role will suit a junior HR advisor or generalist HR administrator who is keen to progress to the next level within HR.
You will be based in Harrow and there will be some travel to the Central London office as and when required.
