Human Resources Advisor required to provide operational support for the HR Director. Operating within a regional capacity you will support with Employee Relations, Recruitment, Learning and Development. You will be responsible for raising the profile of HR to ensure they are involved at the start of the decision making process.
As the ideal candidate you will be CIPD Qualified as a minimum and have previously operated within a regional capacity. You will be an excellent communicator and have the ability to influence at all levels. You will be creative in your approach and have a track record of moving HR into a more proactive function.
With challenging expansion plans in place for the next 5 years our client is looking to increase there HR team and appoint a HR Advisor to operate on a regional basis. It is an opportunity not for the 'feint hearted' however the rewards and job satisfaction are excellent.
