In this highly autonomous role you will be reporting to the Head of Human Resources and based at the Company's Corporate Head Office. You will provide generalist Human Resources support and advice to Head Office and Field-based senior and line managers, including managing disciplinary, grievance and maternity issues and managing recruitment, selection and induction of new employees. This role is an exciting opportunity to be a dedicated, strategic Human Resources and Training support to a high profile business.
