This leading global FTSE 100 publishing and media business services organisation is committed to appointing a Human Resources Advisor to join their highly successful operation. Working alongside and fully supporting a HR Business Partner, you will be accountable for all HR issues, with a significant focus on Employee Relations. This role is of paramount importance in ensuring the delivery of the organisation's clear vision and business strategies.
This extremely exciting and varied role will allow the successful individual to truly challenge themselves on a daily basis. Working within the business, your broad generalist and commercially focussed HR experience and sound technical knowledge will be put to full use whilst driving operational strategies to a specific client group. With a wealth of responsibilities, and dealing with a high performing client group, you will build credibility quickly and have accountability for the full range of HR generalist functions. The remit will include but not be limited to management of disciplinary and grievance procedures, provision of sound commercial HR advice to managers, driving performance management and ad hoc project work.
As the successful candidate, you will be fully CIPD qualified, of graduate calibre and you will be able to highlight extensive exposure to Employee Relations in your career to date. With a track record of high delivery, your personal qualities and experience will include exceptional interpersonal and relationship skills. Equally important will be the ability to remain highly credible at senior levels combined with strong business acumen.
