Human Resources Advisor required to join a well established HR team. Working alongside a team of 3 HR officers you will provide direct support to the HR Manager. The successful candidate will have previously been involved in physically running a department, and be used to spending time in the field trouble shooting. With strong ER knowledge and extensive Union experience you will have the strength of character and confidence to provide advice in all areas of the business. You will also be involved in change projects, management development and coaching alongside the more mundane daily tasks
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified as a minimum and have gained previous experience within a similar role. You will be accustomed to traveling across sites providing support and advice to all levels of staff and management, and not be afraid to challenge decisions you do not agree with. You will be experienced working within a Unionised environment with a strong focus on Employee Relations and Employment law. You will be a dynamic and proactive individual with the drive and determination to succeed and have a hands on approach to challenges that face you.
