They currently have an exciting opportunity for a HR professional to join them for a period of 10 months to undertake an exciting project based in Blackpool.
This is a senior role within the organisation which requires a credible HR Professional with a strong background in Generalist HR, delivering training and exposure to learning and development in particular management development. You will operating as an internal consultant to the business and will therefore have experience of hands on project management. This is a stand alone role but will have support where required. It is a change management project hence any experience with change projects would be advantageous.
You will have strong experience of working with and developing managers within a fast paced ever changing business environment and have outstanding communication skills and a positive and highly proactive attitude to driving change.
