Our client, an iconic and dynamic business services group, is looking for a Human Resources Executive that will act as the primary interface between their multi-billion transformation project and Human Resources. Your contribution in this role will certainly play a big part in the historic change of this organisation.
Dedicated to one project or working across several, you will work closely with relevant Programme and Project Managers to ensure the successful end to end design, deployment and benefits realisation of the HR deliverables for your project/s.
Some of the key responsibilities within this role will include: building relations with relevant contacts within the business; providing HR plans and content to your projects, building Human Resources activity into the critical path and manage the delivery of the people plan and activities; identifying and co-ordinating the HR risks & issues across your projects; supporting and coaching managers where appropriate; together with other HR project related duties.
You must be CIPD qualified (or equivalent) with excellent generalist HR knowledge - preferably including HR transformation projects and change. You must have a good understanding of the industrial relations agenda, be strategic thinking and have excellent organisational skills.

Resilience, focus, determination and the willingness to "roll your sleeves up" are key attributes that will help you to succeed within this role.
