We are seeking an experienced HR generalist to support this market leading player as they enter their next phase of growth. This is an established, well-structured organisation, operating in a strong sector in the global marketplace.
With a broad remit, this role offers the scope to provide consultancy expertise across a multi-site operation presenting interesting challenges and a variety of project work. This will demand a strong operational toolkit together with the commercial acumen that will support your strategic contribution.
To succeed in this role you will ideally be CIPD qualified, demonstrating a strong performance as a generalist and internal consultant within a fast paced commercial environment, exposure to the FMCG sector and/or unions would be advantageous.
This role is offered at a salary of £40,000 plus company car plus benefits.
