Human Resources Manager required to provide strategic and operational support to the Human Resources team. Working closely with the Head of HR you will be involved in the development and delivery of company strategies whilst focusing on the development, motivation and reward of staff. You will also be heavily involved in managing significant change.
The successful candidate will have gained significant experience within a strategic role whilst also remaining involved in day to day HR operations. You will have excellent communication skills and experience of the consultation and negotiation processes in a unionised environment. Joining the business within a period of change you will have significant experience within this remit.

My client are a multi-site organisation which currently employs around 600 staff across West Yorkshire, Lancashire and Sheffield. An interim role initially there may be a permanent opportunity for the right individual.
