In order to support the planned growth of the organisation, the Business Resources function is looking to recruit a Human Resources Manager.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Business Resources, you will be responsible for providing a fully comprehensive generalist HR service to Swanswell covering all issues relating to employee relations, resourcing, compensation and benefits, policy and procedure. An HR Officer will report to you in this role.

Role Requirements

You will possess a CIPD post graduate diploma with ideally 3 years generalist experience at HR Manager level, gained in a service based industry or equivalent. A strong up to date working knowledge of UK employment legislation is essential. You will need to operate in a multi-site environment and be able to travel between these locations.
