This well respected, expanding and recognisable media organisation with a strong focus on TV & film, is committed to appointing a Payroll/Human Resources Manager. The successful person will operate in a stand alone capacity to drive the HR function and manage the outsourced payroll process in this creative, challenging and fast paced environment.
Working alongside the FD, you will provide support and advice across the full range of HR issues, with a specific focus on Employee Relations, freelance contracts and disciplinary and grievance. Credibility within a HR functionand a sound technical knowledge of payroll will be critical to achieving success. The single point of contact for a multisite operation, you can expect to deal with a wide range of issues on a daily basis.
As a self starter, with a high level of initiative, you will be a flexible individual with experience of working in a fast paced and ever changing environment. With a strong grounding in a payroll capacity, you will be commercially aware, be able to build relationships with an eclectic client group with ease and capable of working autonomously. This exciting role will suit an individual who is keen to shape the HR function and make the role their own.
You will ideally be CIPD qualified with a minimum of two years experience in a HR management role or equivalent. This role would suit an individual who has had significant experience of payroll, but who also possesses a firm understanding of UK Employment Law. Interviews are available immediately.
