Human Resources Officer required to support the HR Manager in providing advice and guidance to managers and employees within the business. You will be responsible for a wide range of duties including organising the recruitment process, monitoring absence, delivering inductions and maintaining the HR database. The successful candidate will be CPP/CIPD qualified or working towards a CIPD qualification. You will have gained previous experience in a similar capacity providing advice and support to managers. You will be a confident and proactive individual with excellent organisational and communication skills.
