The Background

In order to support the planned growth of the organisation, the Business Resources function is looking to recruit a Human Resources Officer into the recently reorganised Business Resources Function.

The Role

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will advise managers and staff on all aspects of HR including guidance for employment relation issues such as grievances, disciplinary and performance issues. In addition, support is required in other areas such as recruitment and selection.

Role Requirements

Recently CIPD qualified you will have generalist HR experience ideally gained within the voluntary, public or commercial sector. You will need to have an interest and a basic understanding of UK employment legislation plus proven IT skills in Microsoft Office Suite plus HR systems and databases. You will need to operate in a multi-site environment and be able to travel between these locations.
