Background

A distinguished international organisation has an urgent need for an Expatriate Consultant to join their highly focused team. Working within the Expatriate Management team you will provide main point of contact service to expatriates on all areas encompassed with the relocation process, including the relocation process itself as well as tax and compensation. This is a fantastic in-house opportunity to work within a highly experienced and flexible team for a fantastic multinational company.

The Role

Your main duties will include but are not limited to the following:

·Provide main point of contact service to expatriates regarding assignment lifecycle.

·Prepare assignment costings, as well as tax and social security calculations using tax software.

·Coordinate all aspects of the assignment including; relocation, payroll, work permits/tier 2 etc.

·Regularly communicate with other business units to ensure smooth running of the process.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within international assignments, global mobility, expatriate management. At a minimum you will have a very strong understanding of relocation costings and everything involved within that process. Knowledge of expatriate tax is essential. This role is ideal for someone who is process driven, as you will be working within a number of different remits.
