My client, a globally recognised retail banking organisation based in the Canary Wharf area of London, are currently seeking an Insight Specialist to provide support on Employee Insight activities within the bank, working under the Employee Insight Manager. This is a permanent position.
Duties
- Act as the first point of contact for HR Manager, responding to/resolving a wide range of Insight queries, largely around the Employee Opinion Survey
- Ensure the Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) is administered effectively including accuracy of coding and reporting
- Support the set-up and structure of other insight tools,
- Monitor completion of the EOS and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders within the bank
- Support the analysis of the EOS results, and the results of other insight tools
- Liaise with HR teams to coordinate and complete data gathering for assessments and analysis
- Complete analysis of organisational data to support assessments
- Support development and presentation of tools, processes and systems Candidate Profile
- Experience within Organisational Development or extensive exposure to Employee Opinion Surveys or similar tools
- Strong administrative experience
- Broad understanding of SAP is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate to people at all levels both written and verbal
- Strong organisational, prioritisation and planning skills
- Analytical to interpret management information
- Ability to take initiative and be proactive
- Advanced use of MS Office particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel
