My NHS client based in Bedfordshire is looking for an Interim Assistant Director of HR for a period of 4 months initially. You will be reporting to the Director of Workforce and will be responsible for Operational HR, including management of the Employee Relations and Recruitment teams.
NHS experience would be beneficial, but you should have worked at this level in an operational role. This is a full time position , 5 days per week, position with a pay range of £32.85 to £45.28 per hour.
