Digby Morgan has been retained by this leading international niche player based in Basingstoke to recruit an experienced Benefits and HR Policies Manager initially for 6 months to cover for maternity leave from January 2009.

Possessing international benefits experience gained from within a large organisation, the role will expose you to overseeing the strategic design and development, benchmarking, vendor management and approval for non-US subsidiary local benefit programs in retirement, savings, stock purchase, medical, disability, accident and life insurance. You will manage the planning, design, development, administration and vendor management of the international benefit portfolio as well as providing coordination and approvals for appropriate benefit coverages for all foreign service employees assigned to the US and overseas subsidiaries. You will be responsible for the development, management and interpretation of international human resources policies for non-US countries as well as working interdependently with local / divisional HR to oversee the design and development of general human resources and benefits-specific policy and practice.
