Interim Compensation and Benefits Manager
Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of the position are the following:
*Managing the annual Global Compensation Review covering pay rises and all bonuses.
*Responsible for the Oracle HR Information System which is the data source of management information required by the organisation for business decision support and compliance.
*Responsible for the Human Resources input and management of the Business Objects annual operating budget cycle.
*Responsible for payroll and service provide interface thus assuring transparency, seamless execution and accuracy.
*Responsible for the administration of pension schemes, to include open and closed schemes.
*Responsible for the administration of the company benefit plans to include medical, life assurances and affinity plans.
*Responsible for benchmarking jobs within the UK marketplace.
*Assures legally compliance and non-discriminatory in all policies and practices related to direct and indirect pay (Remuneration).
*Responsible for the UK policies and practices whilst contributing as required to Region Europe C&B initiatives.

SPECIAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
The role requires an excellent communicator and influencer. Traditional managerial experience is mandatory. Investment Bank experience is desirable although not mandatory.
