Interim Customer Services Training Designer – Midlands – to £300 pday DM/2196 PT

Are you an experienced training designer and available immediately for a 4week contract in the Midlands? If so, this role could be for you!

My client, a national private sector business has an urgent need for an experienced customer services training designer to join their OD team for an assignment that will last 4 weeks.

You MUST have experience in designing customer services training modules, to an audience of staff at all levels up to management.

You MUST have experience of working in large, complex, multi-sited organisations.

You MUST have a proven track record in TNA, developing training frameworks, designing and rolling out training toolkits, specifically around customer services training.

In this role you will work independently and be expected to add value immediately.


The training will be delivered in January & February 2009 so they need someone who can add value quickly with a well-stocked toolkit!
