Our client has a need for an experienced interim to provide expert advice, guidance and support to HR staff and senior managers on pay and grading.

The role is it support the development and maintenance of the Pay & Reward Strategy, specifically with regard to Job Evaluation schemes.

To be successful in this role you will need to be experienced in managing the Job Evaluation process - development, notification, implementation & maintenance; advising on Pay & Grading issues.

Candidates with GLPC and HAY experience, will have an advantage.
