Interim adviser required for a busy HR function in Warwickshire.
This role reports to the Head of Policy and focuses on the following:

Handling and investigating complaints around discrimination
Undertaking equality impact assessments
Advising and supporting departmental managers on related issues
Project management implementation and delivery

You will require:
Equality and diversity experience
Appropriate experience of HR advice for senior managers and employees
