You will be liaising with the HR Manager in terms of ER policies and procedures and be the first port of call for all generalist ER Advice. Your will also be responsible for managing all ER cases up to basic tribunal level and deliver ER sessions across regions. As a ER Advisor you will be accountable for providing commercial and comprehensive advice to ensure all resolutions adhere to company policy and procedure.
The suitable candidate would have a solid ER background with experience of handling high volume ER cases in a fast paced environment. You would already be an ER Advisor or in a similar level, technically skilled with the ability to communicate effectively in a team.
