This fantastic opportunity reports to the Central HR Manager and will be responsible for managing all cases (up to basic Employment Tribunal level) as well as provide HR advise to the management team based at the Head Office.
Successful candidates must come from a volume retail or hospitality HR background and possess exceptional ER knowledge. The role is based in the H/O but there may be field travel 2-3 days per week.
