About the Role:
A project has arisen within my client to support the HR Business Partners with their Return to work cases within the businesses, to ensure that all cases handles in accordance to internal and external processes and procedures.

What we’re looking for:
·Track Return To Works due each month/week. Note those achieved in first day, file notes, tracked, completed.
·Complete Action Log on Share with follow up actions and dates. State reason for any not achieved. Name people involved, feedback to business lead.
·Track and follow up outstanding interviews, raise concerns with CASE.
·Coach manager in RTW/process implementation, feedback on capability with view to full ownership
·Managed disciplinary/grievance and conduct interview.
·Engage with (local) TU to update weekly on Attendance progress and concerns.
