Our client a leading International organisation is seeking an experienced Graduate recruiter and developer to undertake a 6 month interim contract. You will be responsible for developing and driving the graduate strategy for the UK and Ireland in collaboration with Graduate steering committee. In addition you will ensure that all graduate schemes are managed effectively and work closely with European counterparts to share best practice. You will also be pivotal in graduate recruitment and assessment and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The individual our client seeks will have relevant experience in graduate recruitment and have managed graduate schemes. You will need effective planning and project management skills and be a highly effective communicator.
