An exciting opportunity has arisen within a large organisation based in Bournemouth for an interim Head of HR. The contract is estimated to last approximately 3 months, to start as soon as possible.

The main job purpose is to contribute to the achievement of the Company's people strategic and operational plans, through the development and delivery of pragmatic and commercially focused HR solutions to the business.

The successful candidate would need to oversee all employee relations activity through direct support to Senior Management and leadership and guidance to the HR Team.

Our client is looking for someone with a solid foundation of presentation, communication, facilitation and persuasion, influencing and negotiation skills. The role holder will have to be CIPD qualified or equivalent with 5+ years of management experience.

Salary £50-£55K per annum pro rata'd, plus £450pm car allowance
