My public sector client is seeking to appoint an emerging HR Generalist for a period of 3 to 6 months initially. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager and working in an HR Administrator capacity you will be responsible for:
Supporting the day to day HR department duties
Fielding all initial Employee Relations queries
Carrying out all Recruitment administration duties including sifting CV's, inviting candidate's to interview and booking interview rooms
Support the implementation of HR policy
Update staff and Managers on best practice where required
This is a great opportunity for a recently qualified HR Graduate or an emerging HR Generalist to get some exposure within an active HR Department.
Experience gained within the public sector is desirable but not essential. You will ideally be CIPD qualified or studying towards full CIPD qualification.
Salary / Rate: £10 per hour (DOE)
