My client is a leading Midlands based PLC & FTSE100 business looking for an HR Advisor to support the HR administration and Advice teams in delivering an efficient and high quality service to the business. To advise managers and employees on terms and conditions of employment and HR policies. To provide expert advice on the management of complex policy and casework through to conclusion. The key elements of this role are as follows:

*To support the review and development of policy and process
*Provide first line advice to managers and employees on terms and conditions of employment and HR policy
*To provide expert advice on the management of complex policy and casework through to conclusion
*To coach and support the team in the management of HR casework, providing expert advice where needed
*Work flexibly within the team to ensure provision of a consistent quality service to the business

Experience

*Significant experience of complex HR casework e.g. employment tribunals
*Delivery of people change e.g. involvement in organisation design, consultation, and restructuring
*Development of complex HR policy
*Liaison with TU / employee representatives on an individual / group level

You will possess strong communication skills , be Confident to challenge and influence at all levels within the organization. Have project management skills, both planning and delivery. Be used to working to a high quality standard and have a flexible and pro-active approach.
