A NHS Trust is looking for a versatile HR Generalist To provide first line HR advice, support and guidance to managers and staff. This is an interim position for 3-6 months.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing advice and guidance to managers on employee relations issues, ensuring that problems are resolved quickly, effectively and fairly.
You will have experience in giving advice on the recruitment and retention of staff, and will be involved in producing and developing relevant HR documentation. Experience of working in the NHS is essential.
