Hays Human Resources are currently working exclusively on an Interim HR Advisor position for a 9 month contract.
This is a full generalist position, key responsibilities including:
- Recruitment
- Employee Relations - performance management, disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Policies and procedures
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified and experienced at a generalist level, being available to start immediately.
