Hays Human Resources are currently working on an Interim HR Advisor position for our client based in the East Sussex area.
The organisation are looking for an HR professional who is able to manage significate work loads
Key accountabilities including:
- Management of SAP systems
- Dealing with absence management
- Supervision of HR Administrator
- General recruitment
- Provide advice to managers to deal with people issues.
This position is paying around £25,000 for a 4 month contract.
