My client a Not for Profit organisation based in Essex are looking for an interim HR Advisor to join their team until end of January 2009, with the possibility of this being further extended.
Reporting into the HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive HR service to a specific client base within the organisation dealing with all aspects of Human Resources.
This is a generalist role, where you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to managers on HR issues including, Investigations, Absence management and Grievance issues. You will also be responsible for managing an HR Assistant, so experience of managing staff would be desirable.
The ideal candidate must be operating at advisory level and be confident in employment legislation and reading policies.
