We are actively recruiting a HR Advisor to work on an interim basis for a large public sector organisation in Gloucester. This is an interim position to cover sickness within the HR department, our client is looking for someone who can commit to at least a 3 month period. This role will be supporting the Assistant Chief Officer on various HR duties such as;
Recruitment and Selection
Disciplinaries and Grievances
Payroll
Performance Appraisals
Absence Management
The successful candidate will have had previous experience of working in a similar role, experience of conducting disciplinaries and grievances and advising Line Managers on various HR issues. You will ideally be fully CIPD qualified or studying towards the HR qualification.
Our client is looking for someone to join them as soon as possible, therefore the candidate will be immediately available to start work.
