This well established concern is seeking an interim HR Advisor for a maternity cover.
This team based role is within a dynamic environment and requires an all round HR Generalist with a strong operational background. As a result of expansion, you will be involved in volume recruitment and will also support and advise on a broad range of HR activities including absence, annualised hours, disciplinaries and grievances. You will also liaise closely with the Unions, consistently applying policies and procedures. There is scope for involvement in training.
A sound HR generalist background is essential, ideally gained within the manufacturing sector. A CIPD qualification would be an advantage.
