Interim HR Advisor required to provide a full and proactive generalist HR service to the group and its subsidiary companies. You will be responsible for advising on policies and procedures, providing statistical information on KPI's and recruitment and selection as well as disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance management.
You will have prior experience of providing a front-line advisory service and be adept at producing statistics and reports with excellent working knowledge of employment law. Ideally, you will be at least working towards CIPD. With fantastic communication skills and the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels you will also be immediately available for work.
My client is based in Stratford-upon-Avon. This role is a 6 month fixed-term contract.
