I am currently seeking a commercially aware and motivated HR Advisor for a well respected public sector organisation. You need to have HR experience in the public sector ideally within Health or Nursing.
The Role:
As the Interim HR Advisor you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a professional and effective service within a large and busy operation. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Providing detailed advice on a range of complex HR issues and give expert advice in relation to disciplinary action, grievance, sickness and recruitment, interpretation of HR policies and workforce strategies.
• Advise on terms and conditions of employment, national legislation and policies and procedures to service managers
• To liaise with trade unions to ensure that effective employee relations are maintained throughout the area of work to participate in the local Staff Council.

Undertake project work as directed by the HR Business Partner.
Renumeration
We are offering a daily rate of up to £140 per day. This is a four month contract
