Job Details:  Interim HR Advisor, West Sussex 

We are currently recruiting for an HR Advisor to start immediately on an organisational change project. 

Assisting the Head of HR, the role will involve the coordination of: 

- TUPE meetings and consultations
- Organisational changes
- Disciplinary and grievances
- Other ad-hoc generalist projects  


The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified and experienced at an advisor level. This position requires an immediate start.
