My client is looking for a Human Resources Advisor for a 12 month contract, they are a organisation that put there, people first so they can deliver first class support to there employees. You'll have a vital part to play, as you provide accurate and consistent guidance on industrial relations issues to managers at every level and participate in research and policy development.
Management will look to you for guidance on recruitment and selection, absence management, discipline and terms and conditions. Supporting staff investigations, you will identify and consider case law, prepare and manage files and deliver informed advice, as well as recommending changes and improvements to transform the way we think and work.
CIPD part-qualified, you will bring a proven track record in HR and broad knowledge of employment law, backed by excellent relationship building skills and a high level of confidence.
