My successful and international client is currently seeking a HR Assistant to cover a secondment initially for a period of 3 months. Reporting into the HR Advisor, duties will include:
• Providing first line advice and guidance to colleagues
• Investigating disciplinaries and grievances
• Producing and reporting on sickness and absence
• Liaising closely with payroll and updating records
• Various HR related projects
The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running and have proven HR experience at an assistant level. You will be able to work unaided and ideally have experience of working in a contact centre environment.
