My client a leading global construction firm is looking for an HR BP to join them to cover a period of maternity for approximately 6 months.
This particular role is working within their Technology division, and will support three directors across the South of England. The role itself will be strategically-focussed and involve:
•Delivering Human Capital Plan for the business
•Ensuring HR interventions are aligned to business strategy
•Supporting BU leaders with 3 year manpower planning
•Talent Management
•Resolving complex HR queries
You will need to be a commercially aware HR BP, with strong project management skills, employment legislation, and all-round generalist experience. Ideally you will have worked within a large multinational, and have had significant strategic HR exposure.
