My client, a leading healthcare charity, is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner, with healthcare sector experience to join their Human Resources team in Central London.
Ideally, you will be a proven HR Business Partner, experienced with strategic input and a sound operational background. You will be working closely with the senior management teams, taking a strategic approach with complex HR Generalist issues which will include: change management, employee relations, reward, workforce planning and employment law. Acting as a key member of the senior manager team, an integral part of this role will be to develop strong working relationships. Candidates with a full CIPD qualification will be at an advantage.
The successful HR Business Partner should be willing to travel as necessary across the UK and in return my client will provide an exciting opportunity for you to create strategic change within a high profile organisation.
