My Client a NHS Trust based in Kent is urgently seeking an HR Business Partner. This role will take on a challenging remit to raise the profile of this department and deliver excellent HR services to a designated client group.
Reporting to the Head of HR you will be the primary HR interface with the Trust at Directorate level and be responsible for providing an effective internal HR Consultancy service, positively influencing operational performance.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take on an autonomous role in a changing organisation where you can really add value.
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer focused HR solutions and have an excellent understanding of employment legislation. Strong influencing skills with the ability to adapt style when appropriate is key as is the ability to successfully manage projects is essential. Public sector experience is essential, ideally within the NHS.
