Our client is looking to recruit a strong HR professional with dedicated to work with the Practice team in aligning the HR strategy and Plans to the Practice/UK business Strategy.
Initially you will be looking for opportunities in relation to performance improvement, speed of recruitment, retention improvement, capability development and building a strong customer and commercial orientated culture. Working effectively as part of the HR team in implementation of key programme, policies and processes.

Responsible for the developing the appropriate HR business plan for their respective Practice/areas, which reflects the challenges and opportunities within each practice - including:
oHeadcount
oOrganisational structure and plans
oRecruitment
oSuccession Planning with the team
oOptimise performance and establish capability gaps within the department
oEngagement activity
oEmployee relations
oRewards and recognition

In this role you will need to be highly organised with the ability to plan and proactively plan/co-ordinate key activities. You will have had experience in a challenging environment and worked at a senior and middle management level, with influencing abilities. It is imperative that you have had recruitment, succession planning, development and Talent Management experience as this is key to this role. It would also be an advantage to have worked in a multi-outlet and global business.
