Interim HR Business Partner required for a fast growing utilities business in the West Midlands. My client is looking for an experience HR Business Partner who has dealt with a vast amount of change management and understands legislation around TUPE.
The ideal HR Business Partner will have previous experience of mergers and acquisitions and have led on change management initiatives. You will ideally have experience and knowledge of TUPE and be adverse to dealing with redundancy and relocation.
This is an exciting opportunity to add value to a fast growing utilities business. My client are based in the West Midlands with easy access to the M42 with onsite parking and modern offices this is a fantastic opportunity for an experience interim HR Business Partner.
